Controls and Rights
- Preserving the reputation and prestige of the university in all publications and advertisements of the initiative
- The supervisor of the initiative shall be a faculty member or administrator in the college
- The adherence of the Initiative Supervisor to present the initiative's publications and brochures to the Head of unit for the approval of publication
- Initiatives should be lifted to the unit's e-mail four weeks before their proposed implementation date
- The adherence to the university's rules and regulations in case of cooperation with entities outside the university
- The adherence to submit a report after the completion of the initiative on the Unit's e-mail, and the submission should not exceed two weeks from the date of completion
- Provide a survey of the beneficiaries' feedback of the initiative implemented, and to include the results of the survey in the submitted report to the Volunteerism Coordinator after the implementation of the initiative
